This article fails to point out that Qualcomm recklessly used another company's IP while regularly launching lawsuits against any company that uses their IP. In this case, Qualcomm should have settled before this came to court but they chose not to do so. A Bush veto would merely cause them not to have to negotiate fairly with Broadcom.

Let them reach a fair settlement with Broadcom and the ban will be lifted. There is no reason to interfere in this process. It really just costs Qualcomm some of their profits and they have to pay Broadcom for their IP.
