Sounds interesting...several years ago we developed a "Network in a Box" solution for our field offices that combined a small router, switch and AP in a microwave-size box.
Re: Aruba proposes alternative to using IPSec for remote access security.
We established a site-to-site VPN with the box and then provided wireless connectivity to the office. Consolidating all of this into a small form factor sounds interesting...

Even more capable.
The Aruba AP-70 has 2 ethernet ports. Use Port0 to get the ap home, and use Port1 to extend a VLAN. Use the wireless as a bandwidth restricted public hotspot. Connect your laptop to port1 and never send company data over the air. While letting your other 802.11 devices surf away.
Aruba Remote AP's
We currently use the Remote AP functionality for offices in agencies that have their own firewalls, but who still want to participate in the Enterprise-WLAN system. In addition, to save expenses, we don't place a small WLAN Controller at the sites - just the AP itself. The AP then is part of our enterprise-wide WLAN, the agency gets wireless services, and folks are happy.
Don't forget about being able to take a Remote AP to a conference for demo's (etc.) and be able to have your fully-protected corporate network wherever you're at. Nice!
