They want me back ... they being Comcast. Having read of my ongoing issues - here and here - with Verizon FiOS, an ever-so-polite public relations representative from Comcast just called to assure me that my business would again be appreciated should I decide that a switch is order. I told him that isn't in our plans - at the moment.
