Reggie GrantUsed Cisco dealers are a resourceful way to build or add to networks because they offer lower cost and even deep discounts over brand new equipment.

BradReese.Com delivers older Cisco equipment – refurbished, tested and warranted, to support older in place networks.

The way we excel over competition is by our testing and refurbishment methodology. We do more than just plug in the unit and make sure it is working – or the red light goes on, etc.

For example, we test ports and leave the more complicated equipment on burn for several hours to make sure they will not fail.

We have an extensive test, refurbishment and repair lab in place to service and back up the equipment we sell.

I have been selling used and new Cisco equipment for 9 years and have a good history to compare failure rates.

From my experience, when our lab tests and inspects used Cisco equipment, there is a lower chance of failure and warranty return than with brand new Cisco equipment.

The return and replacement of new Cisco equipment is aggravating unless there is a Cisco Smartnet contract in place. Some of the other IP equipment manufacturers are equally frustrating.

A smaller company which is reliable and stands behind their refurbished equipment is important to getting through any used Cisco equipment problems.

The used Cisco industry is maturing. I believe our long term reliability and business history gives us an advantage over most of our competitors.

Buyers should feel comfortable in purchasing their used/refurbished Cisco equipment, since we provide many services to help them save money on their network requirements.

We refurbish and ship reliable used Cisco equipment. We repair (at the board level), Cisco equipment along with other manufacturers. We use foam-in-place packaging – to make sure our shipments arrive safely.

We have taken every effort possible to make sure we do not get in, or resell stolen or counterfeit equipment.

The counterfeit issue, essentially, created by the Cisco business model of outsourcing the manufacturing process, is a big problem these days.

We use reliable suppliers for our equipment, but we still get occasional surprises at what may come in. We segregate and clearly mark any counterfeit equipment to make sure it does not re-enter the marketplace.

We feel our experience in this industry has put us ahead of most others. Our long term experience and reliability helps us to save our customers money in the support of their networks.
