Apple stores to impose $5 entry fee

A cover charge at a retail store? Has the popularity of the iPhone and the iPod actually brought us to this ludicrous juncture?

Uh, no, but the mere fact that you had to think about it says something about Apple and the American consumer. Funny read here from Brian Briggs at BBspot.

...c'mon guys, try and at least *pretend* that NetworkWorld isn't just another Microsoft apologist site....after the info-leprosy we've have to put up from Ziff-Davis, Gartner, etc., couldn't you at least try to be objective?
