Cisco NetPro chief Dan Bruhn joins Mike Rowland at Impact

As the newly hired senior consultant for Mike Rowland's Impact Interactions, former Cisco NetPro chief, Dan Bruhn, will continue to lead all engagements within Cisco, including the ongoing moderation engagement for the Cisco Networking Professionals Connection NetPro Online Community.

Online community expert Dan Bruhn - senior consultant for Impact Interactions, has over 7 years experience working with Cisco online communities as the moderator of the Cisco Networking Professionals Connection (Cisco NetPro) at Cisco Systems, Inc.

Bruhn was responsible for Cisco online community strategies, best practices and site management.

Prior to working with Cisco Systems, he was a network sales consultant for Microaid, where he consulted and sold networking hardware to small/medium sized businesses.

Bruhn began his career at CDW Computer Centers, where he was a corporate account manager. He has a bachelor's degree in communications with a marketing minor from Bradley University.

Dan will continue to be based in Chicago, Illinois.
