This whole thing is crap!!!! Robert and Pena did the same thing, yet Robert(who knew he did wrong and still stayed around for his hearing) is the only one being sentenced. He knows he did wrong. I know that a simple sorry is not enough...but 2 years in prison and a HUGE fine?????..... not cool
