RE: Outlook to iCal but not automatically

Try a brute force method: use PTFB (Google it) to push the Outlook confirmation button whenever it pops up.

Open Connector Groupware

0

Hello,

Though we are still in development. Our project, the "Open Connector Groupware" project [ http://openconnector.org/ ] is just what you are looking for.

This Office extension allows Microsoft Outlook to download and also update remote servers based on the new Calendar protocol CalDAV [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caldav ]. This makes Outlook a fully functional CalDAV Calendar Server client. Just as with Apple's iCal calendar client.

Open Connector also provides shared addressbooks, todos, and free-busy information to the CalDAV server.

There are many open-source CalDAV servers in development including Apple Calendar Server [ http://trac.calendarserver.org/projects/calendarserver ] which should be a part of the next operating system release and Bedework Calendar Server [ http://www.bedework.org/ ].

Best regards,
Kervin

I have to admit I get a big kick out of your articles. Let me see if I can get this straight. MX will not export to iCal. That makes them proprietary. What OS did you say you were using. Oh, now I see the humor. You were just making a joke. Keep up the comic relief.

Outlook -> SyncMyCal -> Google -> iCal

How about this?

I confess it lacks a certain elegance.
