RE: Judge strikes down part of Patriot Act

It is about time - six years late - that "Patriot Act" has been challenged. Now we will find out if the Bush appointed Supreme Court will find that the Act does indeed violate the Constitution on a number of levels. You know the decision will be appealed.

The article states, "In 2000, the FBI issued about 8,500 NSL requests, and the number of requests rose to 56,000 in 2004, he wrote.". That data is more than two years old. Why hasn't someone provided the judge with the number of NSL requests made in 2006 or 2005?
