Lacking customer service
I have attempted several times to contact these folks to set up a demonstration. Not only did I speak with the Director of Sales, Kevin, who when asked for the Sales Engineer in charge of our area I was told "oh that is a good idea, you can bother him instead". After contacting this sales engineer, I was told he would get back to me the next week, which he did not. Since then, I've left messages on his cell phone number with no response still to this day, several weeks later.
