Cisco Subnet is very pleased to welcome our newest blogger: Joe Panettieri, who has covered Cisco's business and financial operations since 1992.

During his career, Joe has earned exclusive interviews with John Chambers, Emeritus John Morgridge and other members of Cisco's top brass. Joe frequently blogs live from Cisco events across the globe, delivering an insider's perspective on the company's business strategies. His investigative features about Cisco have appeared in InformationWeek and other leading media brands. In addition to blogging for Cisco Subnet, Joe is VP of editorial content at Microcast Communications. He also blogs about broader IT issues at TechIQmag.com and city broadband networks at MuniWireless.com.

Joe joins our ever growing list of Cisco Subnet bloggers, and he will be updating his blog with Cisco insights several times a week.

Check out his blog here, including today's entry about what the iPhone really means to Cisco.
