Well, we probably shouldn’t totally ban folders, but we definitely want to make it harder to use them! I had two completely separate conversations this week on the topic of how to help SharePoint users understand the paradigm shift from folders to metadata. It’s definitely a change in the way you think about organizing your critical documents.
