Nothing gets my dander up like a request to post a Cisco Job where the hiring manager refuses to accept highly qualified Cisco certified network engineer resumes via their personal email.

Rather than provide personal attention and respect to Cisco engineers who apply for job openings, it often appears that recruiters are merely cattle drivers.

How do Cisco engineers feel about not receiving personal attention from recruiters?
