Re: hardware - ditch everything, or sell it (your phones, etc.) - you won't need them. RingCentral works with you/your employees cell phones, home phones, etc. With RingCentral, when someone dials your company's main number and they press, say extension 1 for Jane Doe, you or Jane can set RingCentral so any one of her phones (or all of them) ring.
