RE: Internet access via fiber at 15Mbps

I have 15/2 fios fiber and have noticed the same results as the article. Some areas of testing so an increased speed up to about 90% of the 15meg. However, in aprox 40% of the time I only see a slight speed increase while on the internet as a whole.

Nice. I too have a 15Mbps FiOS. What I have observed is that if you test your speed with a wired connection it is almost reaching 15560Kbps, while through wireless it is around 11000Kbps. So I think you would have used wireless to test your line speed. Try using a wired connection and you should see the real speed!
