This does't surprise me. Sprint has made the wrong decisions starting with their decision to merge with Nextel. The acting CEO hit it on the head. It's about customer experience. Has anyone tried to get anything done with Sprint's customer service folks. It's not an "enjoyable customer experience". Sprint needs to fix their service image and start focusing on what customers want and not what Sprint thinks they want. Verizon is smoking Sprint by taking away thousands of subscribers on the wireless front. This isn't by magic. It's all about the customer experience which Spint doesn't have a handle on in the wirlesss sector. It's not a surprise they aren't continueing full steam ahead on the WiMax service offering becuase they can't get their 3G service right yet.
