What's the problem?
In less time than it takes to read their complaint, I am able to download, install, and run Opera without any problems. What exactly are they complaining about?
Deja vu all over again
Opera Software was founded in 1994, in Norway. Didn't they know notice the entire history of a company called Netscape? This has been tried before. (See Here we go again: Opera files antitrust suit against Microsoft) Netscape won the antitrust regulatory battle but lost the market share war. As you already noted, the way to beat Microsoft is through innovation.
