I cannot for the life of me get an mp3 audio file to play. No sound from internal speakers or headphone jack. Volume all the way up. "Play" icon appears, but counter doesn't start. Tech support 800 number busy for days. No reply to my e-mail for help. Frustrated!

Pandigitial 11'' video not working
For xmas, I bought a 11 inch pandigital picture frame. I put .AVI video files from my camera onto the picture frame internal memory.
When I select to play the .AVI video file, I can hear about 1 second of sound and no picture. The sound gets stuck and I hear the same word over and over again.
It seems the video option does not work on the picture frame. I can play the same .AVI file on my home computer.
When will a new driver/firmware be available for this picture frame to fix this? Frustrated too!!

I tried to load a 4gig memory stick with a bunch of photos. It just sets there and looks at me - thats not what I really wanted. How many pics can the unit handle? I put about 140 on the internal memory and it works just fine. ( the internal memory was about 1/2 full) Help would be a wonderful thing.... Ha
