I STRONGLY urge everyone Not to purchase the Vostro 200 business version. My unit right out of the box was non-functioning. Over two hours with tech support and the determination was a bad motherboard. Days later the service tech arrived with a new board and it was ALSO bad. He contacted Dell to have a new tower delivered. Days later it arrives. The new machine will not boot-up, recognize the keyboard or even eject the disc-drive tray (using any means). After many wasted phone hours and prisoner-duty in my home waiting for DHL and service guys and weeks of not being able to properly conduct business, I"m through with Dell. It's a shame. Their junk will be returned for a refund. Buyer please beware. George.
