Unfortunately, it doesn't take much to entice a 17 year old boy. My son got sucked into this trick and it brought in an awful lot of ugly stuff. It took an outside company to clean my computer for me because it was so infected. He learned a hard lesson.

This app. is still all over facebook I think they have renamed it crushes, after you invite 5 friends it refreshes the page and redirects you totally away from facebook and tries to get you to download a twinky/zwinky (or whatever those on-line dolls are called!)
I also found 'eAcceleration'? .inf files on my machine after I uninstalled the crushes app. - others have also reported random redirections to other pages after uninstalling the app.
The reason people use these crush thingies is - heck who doesn't want to know if someone from the past maybe had a secret crush on you or still does ? - crushes aren't just for kids!

it's interesting to note
it's interesting to note they (social hackers) chose Facebook for this exploit rather than Myspace. what does this say about Faebook users?
