RE: Cisco, Microsoft, IBM on collision course

Sometimes I wish MS & Cisco would just draw their lines in the sand, and then work together to push out turnkey solutions. What we have these days are Microsoft trying to do networking in software and at end-devices where it doesn't always make the most sense, and Cisco trying to become a software company.

If they just stuck to what they were good at, and partnered with each other, they could indeed take over the (IT) world and leave the competition in the sand while providing end users with reliable solutions... but hey, maybe I'm wrong and is why I'm not a Fortune 500 CEO.
