Network Solutions Bad Service
I've been locked out of my Network Solutions doman which I paid a hefty fee because I forgot my password.
The Customer Service Representative said I need to wait 48 hours to retry. I waited 50 hours in the proper way & got an automatic response that I need to wait 48 hours more! I called Customer Service and they would NOT help me & started reading a statement "...wait 48 hours....". I told her to stop reading and listen. Didn't help until I raised my voice & she said she would get a manager. I waited 3 minutes on the line & she came back & said NO MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE and they would call me within the HOUR. That was 16 hours ago!! THE PROBLEM IS THERE IS NO OTHER WAY OF REACHING THEM & they did not answer my email to - it's now been 48 hours!!!
I'm not renewing my services with them.
