Well I have to give them credit, Toshiba put up a good fight. I guess the format war is almost over…
I do feel sorry for all the people that bought an HD-DVD player, but more then anything I have a few choice words for Sony. (I'll be nice and not say them)
The one thought that I will give is that Sony over the past few years seems to have taken a rather smug point of view about its consumers (especially regarding the PS3). I only hope this victory won’t go to the heads. They tend to come off way to full of themselves already.
