This is great news. The wireless user community is in dire need of an independent test that they can compare and contrast wireless vendors against. However, users also need to be convinced that the wireless test equipment, veriwave in this case, is fair and unbiased. Only way to do this is if all vendors that participate in the test endorse veriwave as a fair and unbiased tool for testing. Most vendors are probably already veriwave customers and hence the question on bias. For vendors who are not veriwave customers, will the tool be fair?
