Hope you're as fascinated as yours truly is about the people who bring Cisco technology to life, because here is peek!
This is Building 3 located on the Cisco Headquarters Campus in San Jose, California.
Members of the Cisco Nexus 7000 development team work out of Buildings 3, 4, 6 and 7.
Building 3 is home to a lot of the top Cisco Nexus executives - Jayshree Ullal and Douglas Gourlay to name just a few, and because it faces Tasman Drive it was the natural choice to display the Cisco Nexus banner.
Tom Edsall - CTO and Lead Architect on the Cisco Nexus 7000, MDS 9500, Cat6500 and Cat5000, posing with a Nexus at the San Jose Cisco Nexus 7000 Launch Event held at the Fairmont Hotel on February 29th.
Holding 59 patents, Tom was CTO and cofounder of Andiamo Systems, a storage networking start-up acquired by Cisco in 2002.
Furthermore, Tom was a cofounder and member of the senior engineering management team at Crescendo Communications, a provider of high-performance workgroup solutions to the desktop acquired by Cisco in 1993.
