What does everyone think about AT&T shutting down Dealer/Retailer Locations? People who have worked several years such as I have worked for 13yrs, we get a letter saying we don't need you anymore. We helped build up their company now they don't need us anymore. There was not even a thank you in the notice letter. Pretty much they are going to all corporate stores and internet sells. All the small towns will now have to drive over 30 miles for assistance if they have any problem. I really think this is a bad move considering gas prices and in rural farm areas people can not just drop what their doing to drive to larger locations. I really need to get to some higher ups in the company, but don't know for sure where to start. So if anyone had some suggestions, it will be much appreciated. Someone needs to let them know we need these small service areas. They have all these computer minded people anymore that are just looking at number on a screen.
