The alliance between Microsoft and Nortel seemed to sit cold for-like-ever and then POW! Lotsa action. Four products launched as expected this week (bringing the total to 10) and more than 600 customer wins.
Some experts say that Microsoft even understands the concept of presence better than Cisco. If you haven't read the comparison of the two by Peter John Revill, you should take a few minutes and check it out.
