This box is way too much money. It is more than twice as much as what we're paying for LogMeInRescue and doesn't appear to have any features that we don't get with LogMeIn. Who do they think is going to buy this thing anyway?

Way too much money
I agree. At those prices, only Giant Super Mega-Corp can afford it.
Not too much money when you get right down to it.
I just recently purchased one of these units (B100) for my organization. The device may be pricey than most, but allows much more control of a braoder range of OS than any other product that I could find.
The device has saved my company money already by not having to pay me mileage to travel to a remote location to fix an issue with uers' PC's. I would say that it will easily pay for itself by the end of the year.
The ability to control a users' Windows Mobile phone remotely has come in very handy on several occasions already.
The product is great and the people behind the product have been professional and knowledgeable with any questions that I have had.
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for this type of solution. Beats software solutions hands down.
The RHUB remote support appliance -- Bomgar alternative
You may want to take a look at the RHUB remote support appliance (http://www.rhubcom.com), which also carries web meeting functions. It starts at $995, much affordable to the small business users.
4-in-1 Appliance by RHUB
I see someone has already mentioned RHUB. This product is great not only is it also an appliance like BOMGAR but it is a 4-in-1 appliance which includes web conferencing, remote support, and remote access to any mac or pc. Plus it is a fraction of the cost of Bomgar. Check it out: http://www.rhubcom.com
