The numbers are correct. 5,000 jobs in non-sales, no-technical roles that are more of a support role. They have allot of duplicate roles between the three companies in roles that are more support and paper pushing then critical.

Since the reduction is not complete, the number given by anyone cannot be correct. It is true that only managers are affected. A large number were managers desiring to leave, although a few are not leaving voluntarily.
