Less Than Great Article
I enjoyed this less than the other guy!
Purely Bad Writing
Does this paragraph make sense to anyone?
So far it is nothing more than Anonymous has done in its efforts to protest against Scientology, but nationalistic Chinese hackers have issued a call for a distributed denial of service attack against CNN to coincide with the street protests.
It makes sense if you know
It makes sense if you know anything about internet culture or how network technology works, and perfect sense if you know both.

Who the hell is Anonymous?
I enjoyed this less than the first two guys combined!
RE: Anoymous
It is a group that is organized through the internet named "Anonymous." It has no official laedership, its just a large global group of people that agree to protest particularly against Scientology because they think it is a destructive cult, the article says the Red Hacker Alliance is similarly organized. It isnt poorly written, Anonymous' Scientology protests were widely covered in the media back in March

How about a follow up on this story? Did anything happend on 04/19 ? Was this a non-issue?
Come on NetworkWorld. If you are going to sensationalize something, then at least have the integrity to do a follow up article.
