What about those of us that may not have all the skills desired by these companies but are willing to learn? believe it or not there are tons of us that do this job more for the love of doing it than for the money.Yeah money is always a good motivator but that is probably mainly because you need money to survive not because we hope to get rich baby sitting servers and networks all day long.
