The fact that the author feels that IT managers need to convince senior management IS the problem. This is the classic "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink" Isn't the care of the company the CEO's job? I think it is time for CEO's to pull their heads out of the sand and realize how dependent on technology they really are.
