It's a Hollow Victory

It's a hollow victory. As the defendant has already filed for bankruptcy and shut down operations. Also, it is off shore so who is going to go after the owners of the site? I applaud the court's decision because the artists are entitled to just compensation for their work. However, that being said, with a few exceptions, most of the Studio Execs don't give back as much to the community as they take out of it.
