The life of a retired billionaire ... most of us can only imagine. How cool would it be to retire from your day job to do your philanthropy work full-time and then hire someone to run that philanthropy organization as well? Bill Gates is leaving Microsoft to focus on his foundation but is taking along long-time Microsoftie Bill Raikes to be the Gates Foundation's CEO.
