EDS is currently a large CA account, but this deal will make it more probable that HP software will - at least partially - replace CA in some ITSM areas. This will bring HP Software even further to the forefront of the HP product business, and I see it as a good thing.
I'm not very objective here, though, since my company is the leading HP Software partner in the Nordic countries.
