Nortel has long been a manufacturer of quality networking equipment. But looking at the numbers mentioned in the article, it doesn't surprise me one bit that the enterprise data networking sales have taken a hit. Being a reseller of Nortel networking products as well as Cisco equipment, I am well aware of Nortel's position in the market right now but I still believe Nortel products provide excellent value for money and only hope they can pick themselves up from here onwards.
