Fraud is rampant in the industry; more should be done to penalize violators

This activity seemed to be the "norm" rather than the exception. Dig into what was being done at Centillium Technologies/Communications, Inc. of Fremont, CA. prior to going public and the first year following the IPO. There were some sweet deals being made with stock options & money on paper. Arthur Anderson LLP was involved with Centillium also. Internal fraudulent manipulation of employees was utilized to control exercise of stock options. Bottom-line, Centilliums execs got away with millions while many employees were cut short! Investigate Centillium's SEC practices!
