correction

My name is Théophile NDIZIHIWE, a rwandan journalist working at Radio 10. Comment about this article...just a correction about this"....built on the site of a mass grave of an estimated 25,000 people who died during the 100 days of massacre". it is not 25 000 but 250 000.
