It appears that I was purchasing software from what I thought was a legitimate software company for purposes of reselling on the internet. BSA, rather than contacting me (I never hid from anyone) via a letter or complaining to the internet site, sued me in District Court. I told them (BSA) who I was purchasing the software from and that I had no idea it was not legit, but they made me out to look like a criminal. I've never committed a crime in my life. The sad thing is that company who sold me the software is still on the internet. What's up there? Furthermore, BSA wants to further ruin my life by posting their accomplishments in the newspaper publishing my name, the judgment against me, and relaying their side of the story without ever mentioning how I was misled. That's very disturbing. I just hope they are happy with their GREAT JOB!
