Video: Cell phone as compass, thermometer

The cell phone keeps getting closer to an "everything-but-the-kitchen-sink" device. As the following video indicates, new features of Casio's G'zOne phone (only available in Japan, but these features could appear in U.S. cell phones soon) include things like a compass, thermometer, tidal charts, moon phases, and more.

Not quite an underwater iPhone, but close

Very cool. But Japan always gets most of the cool tech first. But I wonder, can you answer calls while scuba diving?
