An icon from 10 years ago?
Jerry Seinfeld is hilarious. But he's an icon from the 1990's, which hardly helps Microsoft's trendy "cool" image. Microsoft's intent to hire him as the key to its new ad campaign against Apple is almost proving the Mac guy's point. How about some up-and-coming YouTube favorite, like Bo Burnham?
What's the deal with Windows?

Seinfeld & the mac
Yeah but it was in a corner collecting dust
Yeah...Apple was in the background on Seinfeld
I think I saw a classic-style Mac and then a Duo with docking station.
Seems like Microsoft's going out like Seinfeld's finale...anti-climatic.
The Cast?
Will Steve Jobs make a cameo as the "bubble boy"?
Who cares? Let him ruin his image
Oh brother.... you never even saw a Windows computer in Jerry's apartment on his show, it was always an Apple computer sitting on his desk in the background. If he does the Windows ad campaign, then I'll just not like him as much - not that he'll care, as he laughs all the way to the bank. And what's with Gates? I thought he retired [again... for the fifth time...]
Georgeee Boy
Steve Job will be "George Kastanza" in the new ads
Should have hired the RvB guys...

Seinfeld?
I can think of a much more appropriate choice.
ha!
how about they spend that $300 million to fix their software and they won't need snappy advertisements. Like I'm going to take a ditsy comedian's advice on which operating system to choose? Get REAL. This is what is wrong with America - its not about building better products, its about selling bad products to people that don't know better by add glitz and star appeal.
I use my mac because I use both and I *KNOW* which is best. Save your money - use it for humanitarian purposes. Save the planet, save the children, save something.
