What about..
* Application crashing
* Slow text typing
* Slow contact lists
* No flash support
* Cannot turn the screen sideways to view email wider
* Have to re-download applications when they stop working
* Push email kills your battery life
* Cannot put custom sounds for VoiceMail, Text Messages (yes you can change but not use custom ringtones), Sent Mail, Calendar Alerts, and lock sound.
* No Video capture
* No Voice Dialing without having to use a 3rd party app
* A sticky setting so when you click the Phone button it always goes to a particular phone menu instead of the last one you were on.
* Cases with hairline cracks
* Cases with defects (bubbles in plastic)
* Some type of force feedback when typing
* And the option to turn off auto-correct when typing
* I guess I'll throw in picture text messaging even though you can get around with it messaging people differently... but still..

appointment entry problem
If youre in the middle of entering an appointment on the calendar and your phone rings, after the call ends the iPhone does not take you back to the calendar entry screen you were working on. What you had entered is lost and you must start all over.
In every other application, interruption by a call returns you to where you were pre-call. If you were sending an email or text message, you are returned to the screen you were in when the phone rang - but not with the calendar!
VPN Client "reconnect autocatically" option
I'd add the VPN client problem.
I´m interested on create a permanent connection trough the VPN client, but after some time, when the device goes standby, the VPN connection finishes and does not connect until you manually do it. This is the same with L2TP, PPTP or IPSec. The iPhone VPN client doesn´t have a "Reconnect automatically" option, as in others VPN mobile clients.
I need this behavior to obtain a true "enterprise Email push" like in the Blackberry solution.
Slow iPhone 3G?
Network speed is the product of many multiplying factors. Simply saying one particular brand of device, or model of device, is slow does not normally tell the true picture. It would be more meaningful to comapre test results or observations of upload and download speeds between, or better, among, different brands and models.
In this case, compare, say, the iPhone 3G with the BB Bold, Nokia E71, HTC Diamond on the same spot in the same network and at the same time. Without these baselining, any simple measure of, and hence the conclusion of, speed is prematured at best.
By the way, can anyone tell of a model or brand of business phones that is bug-free?
Primitive I-Phone Text Capabilities
Texting is very primitive. Can't copy and paste messages to send to different user. Can't forward text. Receiving pictures through text must be viewed on AT&T link? Can't send media through text. My Treo text capabilities were much more robust!
WHAT ABOUT BATTERY LIFE?!
It is atrocious! Compare how long it lasts with the original iPhone set at the same settings for wi-fi, etc.
Complaint about the 3G iPhone
Other than those mentioned I have:
-no integration between the contact list and the calendar function
-Safari windows stay "open" and must be closed manually
-no "return to email" function in Safari when a web page is viewed from an email.
The inability to locally
The inability to locally store e-mails and attachments and the lack of Flash card support is almost enough to make me switch back to my Treo.
