I'm a new blogger on the Microsoft Subnet and just wanted to put in my first post and let you know that I'm excited for the opportunity to blog here and I'm sure interact with a lot of cool people with a lot of great ideas. Like almost everything else in life, a blog is what you make it and the return is proportional to the level of effort.
My main area of focus will be Career Advancement for Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP's). Sub-areas of focus will be finding your niche within the Microsoft job family, finding the right job, and growing your career. If there are specific topics you are interested in that are related to this, please let me know and I will try to blog on those in the future.
I thought I would start off with a discussion of the current United States economic crisis and its impact on MCP job searching and career advancement. From an MCP job search perspective, it's actually not all gloom and doom. I'll explain starting in my next post that the USA economic crisis will actually open many new doors. So keep your head up and be proud to be an MCP.
