Best. Mac Mod. Ever.

This just might be the best Mac Mod of all time

By Yoni Heisler on Wed, 02/25/09 - 7:49pm.

Or maybe the worst, you decide.

If you'd like to get this setup running on your home computer, follow these instructions:

1) Buy an apple from the grocery store

2) Buy tape

3) Take a bite of said apple

4) Attach bitten apple to the back of your machine with tape

5) Enjoy OS X!

Best Mac mod ever

I can tell that you've never used a Mac. What a shame. You don't know what you are missing.

Typical...

0

This is typical of a "cheap" PC user - trying to make their crappy PC laptop have the caché of the worlds foremost computer brand.....

Get a life - get a real mac.....

Are you really that bought into the "tell me" advertising?

0

Seems you are confusing cheap with low quality. I have a MacBook Air, a Lenovo Tablet PC laptop and a 8GB Quad-Core screaming PC (cost less than half of 2gb, lower capacity iMAC), and am happy with all of them, except for the low battery life, under capacity, and inefficiencies of the 1 USB port on the Air. Unless I want to look at the pretty UI, I generally have to remember to "condition" my Air's battery, and turns out, it's all I'm using it for.

I tried to embrace the Mac, as I was told it was cool by the media, as well. But at the end of the day, I have more choices, more options for upgrade, and more applications at my disposal with the PC's. Oh yeah, I also have a lot more MONEY!

Guess I'll just have to put up with being a Geek...

Lighten up!

Wow... lighten up folks. I thought it was funny. Can't any of you fanboys smile, rather than jump right into the tired "I'm a X, you're a Y" battle?

Well, yes, but wrong apple...

0

That simply can't be a Mac, because it's a Delicious apple, not a Macintosh. Besides, I always thought a nice Gala or perhaps a Cortland apple might be a better choice than a Macintosh.

What the hell

0

What the hell! screw you guys, that was a brilliant joke! it doesn't matter which os suits you cause most people don't care, its your problem. so stop wasting the joke and get a life.

or buy the apple anyway cause its the cheapest and healthiest idea i've seen so far...

Anyway, nice one;)
