Congratulations!
Having written two books myself, I completely understand how great it feels to get a book to the printer!
Congratulations and we'll set it up as a book-of-the-month giveaway for August.

Nice job...
Great to see this book on its way. We'll definitely help get the word out about it in the System Center community (myITforum.com). Drop me a note if you'd like one of our columnists do a review for you.
Thanks, Rod!
Would definitely like a review on myITforum - I sent you an email earlier today.

Yeah!
So glad it's off to the printer. The VMs are archived if you need the lab again before publishing.
Thanks for all your help, Pete!
Building a multi-site hierarchy and keeping it up for a year or so while we worked on this book was a tremendous help. It would have been much more difficult to complete ConfigMgr 2007 Unleashed without it. Thanks again!

It was a long journey, and its over
Being a glutton for punishment though, work has just begun on an eBook covering Operations Manager 2007 R2 and advanced OpsMgr topics. Hope to have that available before the end of the year.
SCCM 2007 Unleashed book
Kerrie - I just bought SCCM 2007 Unleashed. I have only read few pages but so far so good. I downloaded the bonus material from the informit.com but there was only one Visio file in it. I hoping to get all the examples and source code presented in the book. Anyway can I get the full bonus material? Also anyway I can get an electronic copy of the book?
Thanks.
SCCM 2007 Unleashed
Thanks for buying the book!
We did not have a companion CD for this particular book, the only content offered at http://www.informit.com/store/product.aspx?isbn=0672330237 is the Live Links (Appendix B) and the Visio template. I can see how the name on the zip file containing the template can be confusing, so I have just asked the publisher if that can be renamed. I just noticed that the back cover also alludes to "all examples and souce code" - I'll see if that can be corrected for the second printing.
To get an electronic version, by virtue of having purchased the printed copy you get a free 45-day subscription to the online edition. The information on how to activate this is on the last page of the book prior to the back cover. Hope this helps!
