The purpose of this blog is to provide you with a video overview of the Microsoft Unified Communications Business Value Tool and provide you with an example of how to demonstrate the power of Microsoft's Unified Communications platform using Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2, the Communicator 2007 R2 Attendant Console, Windows Mac Messenger 7.2 for Mac OS X, Communicator Web Access 2007 R2, and how presence and UC are provided through line of business applications and throughout the Microsoft Office suite.

Joe resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and three children and is a member of the Holland Society and the National Sons of the American Revolution.
