I don’t often write about hardware in my blog but occasionally there is a hardware solution that catches my eye. The Adesso wireless mini keyboard, the WKB-3000, is one of those solutions. The WKB-3000 is a 2.4 GHz keyboard that offers wireless connectivity. The keyboard has a built in trackball and the keyboard works up to 100 feet from the USB receiver connected to their computer.
Why does that matter, well picture your PC plugged into your 52” 1080p HD TV via the DVI port, while you sit on your couch and surf the web. Using a lightweight keyboard with an integrate trackball mouse. …Now it’s all coming together, imagine the possibilities.
The WKB-3000 is complete with various hotkeys, providing access to many common tasks, such as e-mail access, volume control and launching a Web browser. The keyboard weighs less than three pounds and retails for only $79.99.
The WKB-3000 is a nice piece of hardware that brings together form, function, and connectivity at a reasonable price. Check out the WKB-300 from Adesso.
