HP on Tuesday announced new thin clients and client virtualization support. The t5740 Flexible Series Thin Clients feature Intel Atom N280 processors, an Intel GL40 chipset, eight USB 2.0 ports and an optional PCI expansion module. The HP t5740 starts at $430, and the HP t5745 starts at $400. Both are currently available. The HP t5325 Essential Series Thin Client is a low cost, power-efficient thin client with a new interface that simplifies setup and deployment. The HP t5325 Essential Series Thin Clients start at $200 and are expected to be available December 1. The new HP LD4700 47-inch Widescreen LCD Digital Signage Display can run 24/7 in both bright and dim lighting in either a horizontal or vertical position. HP LD4700 47-inch Widescreen LCD Digital Signage starts at $1,800 and is currently available. The HP ProLiant WS460c G6 Workstation Blade brings centralized security and reliability to workstation computing that allows individuals or teams to work and collaborate remotely and securely. The HP ProLiant WS460c G6 Blade Workstation starts at $3,100 and is currently available.
