The grand prize winner of a free training course worth up to $2,500 from New Horizons is Aurelio Pacheco, LAN support specialist for a west coast financial institution. Pacheco isn't sure what kind of training he will take, but is leaning toward Exchange 2010 training. The company is running 2003 now and is considering an upgrade when it cuts over its XP machines to Windows 7. Pacheco won this prize by successfully answring the following trivia question:

New Horizons instructor and blogger Bryan Sullins says there are seven must-study items for anyone new to virtualization, what is the No. 1 item (hint: it is four words long)?Answer: Host installation and configuration

All told 45 people won books from Pearson Education. Pearson Education sells books from a variety of publishers through its InformIT web site and has generously given away free books to more than 400 Network World readers in 2009 (offered discount coupons to hundreds more who entered our contests).
