Why I play Rock Band guitar instead of lead vocals

Maybe the LaDiDa iPhone app can help correct my pitch

My latest fun iPhone app is LaDiDa ($2.99 on the iTunes Store), which uses auto-tune and pitch correction features (just like the pop stars of today!) to make your singing voice sound better. By singing into the microphone of your iPhone the app records your voice, then adds backing tracks, reverb and pitch correction to make you sound a heck of a lot better. You can also adjust different song styles (synth pop, underground rap, piano pop to name a few) as well as adjust the speed of the song from 60 to 155 beats per minute).

If you like the song, you can then save it and share it with friends via Facebook, as well as look for other songs that people have created.

I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but during my video it really does take my butchering of "Funkytown" and turn it into something that resembles a pop song.
